Save Our Water
A statewide public education program designed to educate Californians on the state’s water challenges and encourage them to reduce the amount of water they use every day.
On September 21, 2009, a limited number of rebates became available through the SoCal Water$mart program for Southern California residential water customers. Please note that funding is limited, and submission of a rebate application does not guarantee you will receive a rebate. Rebates will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis until funding is exhausted. Click Here for Rebates.
70% of Southern California's precious water goes to maintaining your natural landscape. We at Hunny Do like to educate our consumers on how to save water and well as your pocket books. Most people say that artificial grass is too expensive.
Did you know that the majority of our customers have told us that they have replaced their natural lawn 3 times since they have moved into their homes because of water restrictions, water costs, or that their animals have destroyed their grass.
They say that if they knew about artificial grass earlier, they would have saved hundred if not, thousands of dollars on total costs with the up-keep of a their natural lawn.
Hunny Do has done some research for you, so you don't have to fumble trying to find the right forms to get your rebates. We have contacted several water authorities and got their websites. Some cities haven't implemented a program we refer to as "CASH FOR GRASS".
In the past, we have asked our customers to call the water department in their city to get a rebate. Some water companies employee's aren't educated enough on their own rebate program and just say that they don't offer such a program.
This happens because water rebates programs are consistantly changing because of funding. Each city has a different funding limit and when this limit is exhausted, the rebates disappear.
It would be a full time job to keep up with the constant changes in each city, therefore, we can provide you with the links to the forms.
Hunny Do Artificial Grass only guides you in the right direction to apply for rebates. We don't guarantee that you will recieve a rebate.
